Sheen Nasal Retractor, 165 mm – Angled, 10 mm Blade

The angle is what gets the blade into the nasal cavity. The cavity runs at its own angle to the face, so a straight retractor introduced along the surgeon’s natural approach meets the sidewall rather than the depth. Angling the working end lets the blade follow the cavity while the handle stays raised and out of the sightline.

10 mm is narrow, which is what keeps the blade usable inside a nostril. A wider blade holds more tissue but also fills more of the space it just created, and in a cavity this size that trade turns against the surgeon quickly. At 165 mm the retractor reaches the working depth with the hand outside the nostril entirely.
