Swivel Ring Double Hook, 89 mm – Sharp, Nasal Tip Retractor

The swivel ring is the feature that matters. A fixed handle means the hook’s angle is set by how the hand is holding it, so changing the pull direction means repositioning the whole hand. A ring that swivels lets the hook find its own angle as traction is applied — the pull stays where the surgeon wants it while the hand stays comfortable.

Two sharp hooks rather than one keep the nasal tip square. A single hook lets the tip rotate around its point, so the structure swings as it is drawn and the alignment the surgeon is judging shifts with it. Two points fix orientation as well as position — which is the whole requirement when the result is assessed on symmetry.
